Eligibility:

  • Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing from a reputed business school.
  • Strong experience in sales is mandatory.
  • Need to submit skill matrix.
  • Language fluency in English Kannada & Hindi.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Core expertise in sales and marketing, particularly in real estate (land, plots, and construction).
  • 10-15 years of total experience.
  • Minimum 10 years in Direct Sales – B2C.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing (social media, print media).
  • Proven track record of managing sales of ₹100 Cr per annum.
  • Experience in sales across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India, with an understanding of international sales.
  • Knowledge of legal and statutory regulations for real estate.
  • Expertise in lead generation and conversion.
  • Experience managing teams of 60+ members.

SCOPE OF ROLE & ACCOUNTABILITY:

Core Sales ResponsibilitiesKey Focus Areas
Achieve yearly sales targets.Drive sales growth through market analysis and strategic planning.
Generate and convert leads through marketing initiatives.Expand land acquisition in other districts and states of India.
Oversee the core sales team.Oversee construction projects, including houses and apartments, ensuring quality and timely sales.
Manage customer relationships and account operations.
Lead and develop sales and marketing teams.

Establish two new offices outside Hubballi in other states.Expand to five offices in Karnataka, two offices in other states, and one international office.
Secure a minimum of 50 construction contracts.Secure a minimum of 500 construction contracts.
Develop a 100-acre land bank.
