About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Videographer & Photographer to create compelling visual content for real estate listings — interiors, exteriors, aerials, walkthroughs — that drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit photo/video content tailored to real estate: interiors, exteriors, aerials, virtual tours
• Work with agents, developers, and marketing to align visuals with brand and selling points
• Set up and operate lighting, drones, gimbals, and other gear
• Apply composition, color grading, and styling to enhance architectural features
• Produce walkthroughs, highlight reels, testimonials, “before/after” shoots
• Manage and catalogue media assets for reuse
• Stay updated on realestate photography trends, HDR, 3D, drone regulations
• Deliver highquality projects on schedule, often under tight deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate, architectural or property visual content (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere / Final Cut / After Effects
• Strong sense of lighting, composition, spatial flow
• Experience with drone photography and knowledge of legal compliance
• Able to manage entire production from planning through delivery
• Excellent attention to detail and storytelling ability
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with Matterport, 3D tours, virtual staging
• Understanding of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts)
• Skills in architectural lighting and staging
• Basic graphic design skills for marketing collateral
• Ability to direct interviews or walkthroughs
