Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to drive business growth by identifying leads, building and managing client relationships, presenting our products and services, and consistently achieving sales targets. This is a full-time on-site role based in Hubballi–Dharwad.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients regarding civil construction services.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries related to civil projects (construction, renovation, site work, etc.).
• Explain company services such as building construction, interior work, renovation, and project consultation.
• Schedule site visits or meetings for the civil engineering team.
• Maintain and update customer database and call records.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the civil engineers and project team for client requirements.
• Assist in generating leads and converting inquiries into projects.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proven sales ability with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and resilient, with a strong drive to achieve results.
• Analytical skills to understand customer needs and sales data.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
• Comfortable working on-field and managing schedules independently.
