Job Summary

We are looking for a Hindi Trainer to drive business growth for presenting our products and services, and help the CSE to consistently achieving sales targets. This is a Hourly based on-site role based in Hubballi–Dharwad.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Hindi language training sessions for new BPO agents.
• Improve spoken Hindi communication, pronunciation, and fluency.
• Train employees on customer service communication and call handling in Hindi.
• Develop training materials, modules, and assessments.
• Evaluate trainee performance through tests, mock calls, and role plays.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve agent performance.
• Work closely with operations and quality teams to identify training needs.
• Monitor language quality during customer calls.
• Conduct refresher training programs for existing employees.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written Hindi.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring.
• Knowledge of BPO processes and call center environment.
• Ability to conduct interactive training sessions.
