Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Executive for our Real Estate business who will be responsible for promoting real estate projects, generating leads, managing marketing campaigns, and supporting the sales team. The candidate should have experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and property promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Generate qualified leads through digital and offline marketing activities.
• Manage online platforms such as social media, property portals, and company website.
• Coordinate with sales teams for lead follow-ups and conversions.
• Organize site visits, property exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, ads, banners, and email campaigns.
• Handle property listing on portals like MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance and campaign ROI.
• Maintain lead database and marketing reports.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Good knowledge of real estate marketing strategies.
• Experience in digital marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate and manage leads.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.

Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
